Portico Facilitator/ Project Manager

Since joining Inflexion in 2010, Rachel has worked on a variety of research and development projects connected to our goal of helping prepare students to become lifelong learners and to successfully navigate the transition from high school into college and career. Rachel served as a project manager on several large-scale research grants for organizations and foundations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and International Baccalaureate. She also has worked with extensively with instructors and consultants to create high-quality lesson plans and performance tasks aligned to college and career readiness standards.

Currently, Rachel is part of our Portico team, focused on taking Dr. David Conley’s research on college and career readiness and putting it into practice by partnering with school and district leadership teams to better prepare students for life beyond high school.

Prior to working at Inflexion, Rachel worked in university admissions and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
